This publication has been compiled by the Werkplaats Agroecologie, a working group of Toekomstboeren. It is a collection of three mini-publications, released within the VoedselVisie project. It is the result of a series of farm visits, conferences and workshops.

The Agroecology Workshop is a project initiated by Future Farmers to recognize and share the practical knowledge of agroecological farmers.

The idea behind the Agroecology Workshop arose from the observation that many farmers and gardeners experiment on a small scale with nature-oriented agricultural practices. Practices that will become increasingly more important in the future, but often have not yet matured. As a result, many experiments in the Netherlands happen under the radar, ad hoc or are underfunded.

For this publication, we have put the first developments and findings on paper for three themes: peat-free seedling cultivation, no-dig gardening and small-scale farm equipment.
